The Year of the Kingdom 4th quarter

As we move into the last quarter of 2006, we glance over our shoulder only for a moment and then forward toward the coming year 2007. And we wonder what it holds in store for the body of Christ. The Church as we have known it to be for so many years, is being transformed with a new and Greater understanding of God’s Word due to an increased hunger for the truth.

As the World moves further away from the truth, the people of God move closer to it desiring to see God’s Kingdom come and His will being done on earth as it is in Heaven. Imagine a place where the peace of God is always abounding, a place where hope is reality and all is well. What a joy heaven will be!
For some, Heaven seems to be too far away to worry about today. They say maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or next year. It seems that the things of this world have blinded so many people and Heaven has lost its value.

What will it take for America to wakeup? How long will God’s people stand idle and do nothing to repair the moral fiber that this Great Nation was built upon? Has the church become passive to the point that it no longer has a voice to pray and to proclaim the Word of God? God’s Word has been given to us as the weapons of our warfare, mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
The power of life and death are in the tongue and it’s time for the Church to watch and pray. For the coming of our Lord is drawing nearer with each passing day.

Stop trying to live the American dream and live for things Eternal. When you die someone else will be driving your car and spending your money, so think about it. The things you do for the Kingdom now will last forever; the treasures that you lay-up in Heaven will never pass away.

Live for God today and tomorrow will take care of itself.
Today is the day of salvation so let’s get started!
Lord come into my heart, live in and through me that the lives of others may be changed. Help me Lord to make a difference in someone’s life today. (AMEN)

No one can benefit from a light that is hidden under a basket.
So let your light shine before all men that God may be glorified. Lift up the Name of Jesus and he will do the rest.

John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
